We will contact you to pickup your item at our Gombak Collection Point. Full address and location will be given once order is confirmed and paid.

Once orders are placed(paid), you will receive a processing email, this is to inform you that your order is confirmed but NOT ready for collection.

Once orders are ready for collection, you will receive a second email or Whatsapp message with instructions on collection. Refer “Where to pickup my purchased item?”.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been sent down to your chosen collection point.
